Terms and Conditions
The conditions for using QASID, DALIL and JISR, submitting applications and participating in MANAFI activities.
Purpose and scope
MANAFI provides awareness, learning, communication and community coordination through QASID, DALIL and JISR. Official Hajj and Umrah bookings, permits, visas, contracts and payments remain subject to the relevant official channels and providers. Educational content does not replace instructions issued by the competent authorities.
Accounts and accurate information
You agree to provide accurate registration and application information, keep contact details current, protect account access and use only documents and materials you are entitled to submit. An organization representative must be authorized to act for that organization. You must not impersonate another person or institution or share another person’s private records without authority.
Applications and membership
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. DALIL applicants may be asked to complete their profile, undergo administrator review and complete required training before membership activation. JISR organizations complete review and introductory meetings before an administrator’s acceptance decision. MANAFI communicates the current status and required next steps through the account and operational notifications.
Conduct and participation
Use MANAFI respectfully and lawfully. Do not publish misleading, abusive or unauthorized material, misuse contact information, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the platform. Activity participation and guide assignments follow eligibility, audience, scheduling and approval rules. Training completion or membership does not itself guarantee a job, assignment, contract or official accreditation.
Content and uploaded materials
Respect MANAFI’s intellectual property and the rights of other contributors. Submitting material does not transfer ownership of MANAFI or the contributor’s material. MANAFI may use submitted material only as necessary to review the application and provide the relevant service as described in the Privacy Notice. Public publication of profiles, images or recordings requires the relevant approved permissions; registration alone is not blanket permission for publication.
Privacy and notices
Read the separate Privacy Notice for the operator’s identity, data categories, purposes, legal bases, access and sharing, retention, rights and contact process. Operational messages communicate account, application, training and activity updates. Optional marketing or public-media permissions are separate choices and are not bundled into this required terms acceptance.
Account actions and changes
MANAFI may restrict access or suspend membership for a documented breach of these terms or a justified security or eligibility concern, with an appropriate notice and contact route. You may request account support or closure through the published channel; data handling follows the Privacy Notice and applicable requirements. Material changes to the terms will be communicated with a new version and any required renewed acceptance. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Guide commitment to approved content
A qualified DALIL guide must present and use content approved by MANAFI management when participating in webinars, seminars and other MANAFI activities, following the version approved for that activity. The guide must not modify, add or replace materials or messages, or attribute them to MANAFI, without prior management approval. If a correction or update is needed, the guide must refer it to MANAFI management for approval before use. Assignment-specific acknowledgment of the approved content version is separate from initial Terms acceptance.
